Whether you have ordered from COWS for years or this is your first time, we want the experience to be MOOvelous. If your purchase is for you to enjoy or give as a gift, we want it to be just perfect. We do our very best to have your items shipped promptly and correctly every time. 

Occasionally mistakes can be made or perhaps you ordered the wrong size or colour. We want to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A $10 Restocking Fee will be charged per order for refunds and exchanges. This does not apply in the case of damaged product and mistakes made by the COWS team.
