The alcohol in our ice cream is a stabilizer in flavourings and does not exceed 0.5% alcohol. It is mostly found in our vanilla, which is also natural, but it may also be in some of our other flavourings. The alcohol used is made purely for flavourings and is not made from an alcohol meant for drinking.
